By booking with Garry Wheelchair Maxi Taxi you agree to the following terms.

Bookings

Bookings are confirmed once we contact you by phone. We make every effort to arrive on time, however arrival times may be affected by traffic, weather or circumstances beyond our control.

Fares & payment

Fares are based on distance, time and vehicle type and are advised before your trip. Multi Purpose Taxi Program (MPTP) card holders should present their card at the time of travel.

Cancellations

Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or change a booking so we can offer the time to other customers.

Accessibility & safety

For the safety of all, wheelchairs are secured using certified restraints and passengers must follow reasonable safety instructions from the driver.
